Paddy Power’s Kevin Poulter has his sights on the Pirelli World Challenge title

Paddy Press has revealed that Paddy power’s Kevin Plott has his eyes on the 2018 Pirellis World Challenge crown.

Speaking on his podcast, Poulters senior manager, Shane O’Brien, revealed that Plott had been approached by Pirella to take on the title in 2020.

“They have contacted us and are looking to go with Kevin for 2020,” said O’Briens.

“He’s one of the drivers of the future and he’s got the credentials.

He’s had a really good season, won the championship last year.

We’re very confident he can do it.”

While Poulton will be looking to repeat his 2015 season, the former Superbike World Champion and 2016 Pirello World Challenge champion will be hoping to win the crown.

“I think he has the confidence to do it,” O’Reilly said.

“We’ll see what happens.”
